ABOUT ME
Growing up as a gymnast, I was a very active child and loved working up a sweat. My freshman year of college I started lifing weights, and immediately fell in love with the results I was seeing. I was never overweight, but just unsatisfied with my body. I tried and tried religiously to lose those stubborn 15 pounds that made me feel unattractive. But the endless amounts of sporatic cardio could never compensate for the crap diet I had. Once I started lifting, I cleaned up my diet as well, and my body did a complete 360.
